Position Overview:

The Cement Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring safety and efficiency in cementing operations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety as the foremost priority in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and client regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of workplace incidents and manage the disciplinary process effectively.
  • Oversee the operation of large trucks in various outdoor environments.
  • Perform detailed pre and post-trip inspections to maintain equipment integrity.
  • Execute precise calculations for cementing and acidizing processes.
  • Supervise the rig-up and rig-out of necessary equipment.
  • Facilitate training sessions for operations personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Carry out maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in cementing operations is required.
  • A valid Class 1 driver's license is mandatory.
  • Experience in pressure pumping is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is considered an asset.
  • This role is physically demanding and involves heavy lifting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
