Industrial Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Butcher to join our team at Sheik Halal Farms. As an Industrial Butcher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of halal meat products.
Key Responsibilities- Slaughter and Processing: Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses, ensuring compliance with halal standards.
- Cutting and Preparation: Cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further processing or packaging, adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Meat Handling: Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect meat products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet the highest standards of halal certification.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a meat processing or packing plant.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Work Setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
