We specialize in value-added engineering and design-build projects, aiming to deliver the most efficient systems for the best value possible.

Our diverse portfolio includes low-rise and high-rise residential, hotels, offices, industrial, and commercial projects, showcasing our ability to provide top-notch service to clients.

As a "ONE-STOP" shop, we offer a wide range of mechanical services in-house, including engineering, 3D-design, sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls.

Our Service Division is seeking a skilled Mechanical Room Specialist to serve our clients in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install Boilers, Pumps, Hydronic Systems, Air to Water Chillers, Water to Water Chillers, and Heat Pump Systems
  • Read and interpret project drawings to create exceptional layouts
  • Mount specialized equipment according to client needs
  • Measure, cut, and groove pipes as required
  • Ensure compliance with code requirements and regulations
  • Prepare work estimates
  • Collaborate with the Project Team, Contractors, and Suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Plumber experience with Class "B" gas certification considered an asset but not required
  • Class "A" gas certification considered an asset
  • Specialization in Mechanical Room preferred
  • Pipe fitting experience considered an asset
  • Steam experience considered an asset
