Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Foreman/Woman to join our team at Accurate Fabricating Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and supervising a team of skilled workers.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of fabrication team members, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and control production costs, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment, exposed to dust and noise. A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure are essential.
