Job Summary

The 6IX Cannabis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
Work Environment

The 6IX Cannabis is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, work in a combination of sitting and standing, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Hours of Work
