Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at BMG METAUX OUVRES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and quality control.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, and oversee the safety of operations.
  • Train or arrange for training of workers, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and review their performance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in metal products manufacturing.
  • Fluency in English or French, and proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
