Job Overview: This role is dedicated to managing Porter's ancillary revenue offerings to enhance profitability through analytical and optimization methodologies. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Revenue Management, this position plays a crucial part in the company's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and uphold Porter's ancillary pricing framework to maximize revenue across the ancillary product suite.
  2. Utilize data visualization tools to assess passenger demand and establish optimal pricing strategies for ancillary products across Porter's network.
  3. Conduct independent analyses and propose solutions to ancillary optimization challenges, driving revenue enhancement.
  4. Oversee A/B testing initiatives for ancillary pricing, compiling insights and recommendations based on the outcomes.
  5. Create and manage dashboards and reports to monitor the impact of ancillary pricing on the overall commercial objectives of the organization.
  6. Execute detailed reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking performance against established targets across all sales channels.
  7. Perform Revenue Integrity assessments on Porter's bookings to mitigate revenue loss.
  8. Review Porter's bookings for the application of waivers, fare overrides, and other privileged modifications.
  9. Collaborate effectively with IT, Digital, and pricing teams to implement necessary adjustments to ancillary pricing to maintain competitiveness.
  10. Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
  11. Actively engage in Porter's Safety Management System (SMS), reporting any hazards or incidents encountered during operations; understand, comply with, and promote the Company Safety Policy.
  12. Ensure that Company Values are integrated into daily operations.
  13. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A university degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Network Planning, Strategic Planning, Operational Research, Mathematics, or Engineering is essential. An MBA or M.Sc. in related fields is advantageous.
  2. Prior experience in airline pricing and revenue management is beneficial.
  3. Familiarity with Revenue Management, Network Planning, GDS, and Data Analytics is preferred.
  4. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required. Proficiency in VBA, SQL tools, PowerQuery, and Tableau is a plus.
  5. Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
