Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securiguard Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with special needs, such as escorting them to their destinations or providing additional support.
- Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond accordingly to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Computer Equipment and Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Quality and Production Levels: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient security operation.
- Supervise Mechanical Equipment and Machinery: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Supervise, Co-ordinate, and Schedule Activities: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Train Staff/Workers: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a security-related field.
- Certifications: Possession of a valid Security Guard License and First Aid Certificate.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client service.
