Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and advice. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as deepening existing relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business with RBC
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
