Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial reporting and manage external audits.
- Direct accounting operations and develop financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for publicly traded entities.
- Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to shape and execute the strategic direction of the company.
- Deliver financial insights and recommendations to bolster growth initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic ventures.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA or advanced degree in finance or business administration preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems is essential.
