Position Overview

As a Heavy Machinery Technician at Accurate Truck Service Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of heavy equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our machinery operates efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect machinery to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Utilize computerized and other diagnostic tools to assess the extent of repairs needed.
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective components as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Conduct performance tests on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Perform cleaning, lubrication, and other routine maintenance tasks.
  • Document all completed work thoroughly.
