About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Crop Specialist to join our team at Kobe Microgreens and Greenhouses Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our greenhouse and nursery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Agricultural Crops Clipping Activities: Ensure that our crops are harvested and processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Divide Fresh Harvested Produce into Marketable Lots and Non-Marketable Lots: Organize and categorize our produce to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Organize Greenhouse and Nursery Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our greenhouse and nursery, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Supervise Staff in Shoots Positioning and Seed Cutting: Provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Determine Type and Quantity of Stock to Grow: Analyze market trends and customer demand to determine the types and quantities of stock to grow.
  • Develop Marketing Plans: Work with our marketing team to develop plans to promote our products and services.
  • Establish and Maintain Required Environment: Ensure that our greenhouse and nursery are maintained to the highest standard, providing a healthy and productive environment for our crops.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Order Materials and Stock: Source and purchase materials and stock to support our operations.
  • Provide Product Care and Other Information and Service to Customers: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and providing information about our products and services.
  • Supervise Staff in Planting, Transplanting, Feeding, and Spraying: Provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
