Join Radiant Care Pleasant Manor in our Supportive Housing department as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PSW to provide safe and efficient personal care and homemaking for our tenants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to tenants, including activities of daily living (ADLS) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLS).
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, staff, and families.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a respectful and courteous manner.
  • Adapt to changing needs of tenants and adjust service delivery as required.
  • Observe and report changes in tenant status.
  • Record necessary data on tenant health and service provision.
