Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaning Specialist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various living spaces. This role is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure they are spotless.
  • Furniture Maintenance: Dust and clean all furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Carpet and Upholstery Care: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bedding Management: Make beds and change sheets to provide fresh sleeping arrangements.
  • Restroom and Kitchen Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers regularly.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to enhance overall cleanliness.
  • Changing Room Maintenance: Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure they are hygienic.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Availability for overtime as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
