Job Title: Building Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Building Carpenter to join our team at A.C. CIVIL CONTRACTING LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to construct and repair structures
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Work in a variety of locations, including outdoors, and in noisy and dusty environments
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the building trades
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
