About the Job

LUCAS PANGMAN is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Home Child Care Provider to join our team. As a Home Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Supervision: Provide safe and nurturing care to children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Household Management: Manage the household, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children.
  • Education and Development: Engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including administering medication and providing first aid when necessary.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
Work Environment

The Home Child Care Provider will work in a non-smoking, scent-free environment. Public transportation is available, and travel expenses will be paid by the employer.
