Job Title: Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at 2347496 ONTARIO LTD.

Job Summary:

The Head Cashier will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling operations of our retail business, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
  • Train and supervise cashiers to ensure high standards of customer service and cash handling
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Work Environment:

The Head Cashier will work in a retail business environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. The work site is air-conditioned, and the work setting is a retail business.
