Distribution Manager

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 1 million square-foot warehouse in Milton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of our products to customers across North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of a team of 300+ warehouse employees, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and same-day shipping.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety, resulting in high-performing warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability, leveraging performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) to inform decision-making.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
