Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees to ensure unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.
- Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a well-structured, high-performing warehouse environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ~10+ years of hands-on management experience in 100,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 200+ employee team.
- ~ Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
