About the Role:
In the capacity of a Maintenance and Reliability Coordinator at Cameco's McArthur River site, your primary responsibility will be to organize and schedule maintenance operations, ensuring seamless production processes while minimizing interruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor maintenance schedules
- Formulate short and medium-term maintenance strategies that align with operational timelines
- Oversee maintenance shutdowns and outage plans for optimal efficiency
Qualifications:
- Journeyperson certification or diploma in applied science technology
- A minimum of five years of pertinent work experience
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems and scheduling tools
- Relevant certifications such as MMP or CMRP
- Willingness to work on a rotational basis and travel by aircraft
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEAN greenbelt certification
