Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods according to established standards.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Take customers' orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads, and working under pressure.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
