Job Summary:

JMC Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team in Kelowna, BC. As an experienced Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Review and analyze technical drawings and specifications to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Install and Repair Mechanical Components: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, and flight control systems.
  • Perform Functional Tests and Adjustments: Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure aircraft systems are functioning properly.
  • Inspect and Maintain Mechanical Systems: Regularly inspect and maintain mechanical systems to prevent malfunctions and ensure safe operation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Canadian Diploma/M2 License: Possess a Canadian diploma or M2 license, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic.
  • Right to Work in Canada: Hold a valid right to work in Canada.
