Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Benefits Specialist to join our team at clevelcrossing - Jobboard. As an Executive Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing client marketing materials and individual proposals, educating the internal consulting team about Life Insurance and other Living Benefits and Compensation solutions, and performing inside and outside sales of insurance and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong background in individual insurance and financial products
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
