The Position
We're seeking a full-time Project Manager/Estimator to oversee all aspects of loss mitigation and restoration. This role requires strong leadership, initiative, and communication skills to coordinate administrative and production functions in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates using industry-specific software (Xactimate)
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate restoration activities to meet deadlines
- Analyze data to determine restoration needs and develop schedules and budgets
Requirements
- Valid Class G Ontario Driver's license with no restrictions
- Experience with Xactimate, XA, or Encircle
- Ability to operate company-owned vehicles
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Possession of IICRC Certification or equivalent (training provided for the right candidate)
Compensation and Benefits
The salary structure includes base pay plus commissions, with base pay varying based on skills and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefit package through Manulife Assurance Co.
