Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Knotty Knickers INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, performing routine clerical duties as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate with the production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
