Position Overview

As a Kitchen Assistant at Terrasse La Fringale, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that support our culinary team and enhance the dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting: Bring clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving areas and arrange tables for service.
  • Sanitation: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean dining environment.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items as directed by the culinary team.
  • Storage Management: Organize and place dishes in storage areas efficiently.
  • Stocking: Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure availability for guests.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Vegetable Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements

Applicants should be capable of lifting weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and managing physical tasks associated with kitchen operations.
