Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Manager to join our team at SADAF'S SALON & LASER CENTER I. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of our salon, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of hairdressers and support staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the salon is run in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Plan and control the budget and inventory of the salon to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the salon to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to work in a salon environment.
Work Setting:

The salon is a busy and dynamic environment, with a team of experienced hairdressers and support staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Supervision:

The salon is supervised by the Salon Director, who is responsible for the overall operation and management of the salon.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The salon is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a salon environment and maintain a high level of physical stamina.
