- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Assist with the preparation of our café's budget and financial reports, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our café is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
This is a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. You will be standing for extended periods and will be required to lift and move heavy objects. You will also be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
