Aulak Investments Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of food service staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for food service staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
