Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the required standards.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our sites and facilities to identify any areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations, ensuring we are operating within our means.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of cleaning operations.
Requirements
