Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement, updating prices, and maintaining store displays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves to meet customer needs.
  • Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions.
  • Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales.
  • Maintain store displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and increase sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster positive relationships with store employees and managers to ensure a smooth working experience.
  • Document in-store actions and create detailed reports to track progress.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Availability to travel for special projects, including possible overnights.
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute planograms accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (both written and oral).
