Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Lucete Beauty Inc.

Job Summary:

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on equipment and machinery.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, and ensure the cleanliness of specialty and difficult items.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
