About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at BAJ Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality drywall installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead a Team

Supervise and lead a team of drywall installers to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard.

Apply and Finish Drywall Coats

Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to ensure a smooth and even finish.

Clean and Prepare Surfaces

Clean and prepare surfaces for drywall installation, including removing old adhesives and debris.

Install Drywall Sheets

Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to ensure a secure and watertight seal.

Mix and Apply Plaster

Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency and apply to drywall surfaces.

Tape and Finish Joints

Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound to ensure a smooth finish.

Work at Heights

Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to install drywall sheets and finish joints.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
