Position: Registered Practical Nurse - Part-Time

The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) is essential in delivering exceptional nursing services to residents at Southbridge Care Homes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a committed team to promote the health and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding care to residents while following established protocols
  • Observe and document vital signs and health conditions of residents
  • Facilitate care coordination for residents
  • Assist in overseeing nursing and personal care personnel
  • Engage in training programs for new staff members

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred
  • Compassionate and committed to senior care
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario
  • Experience in long-term care is beneficial
  • Strong collaborative and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities
