Facility Maintenance Manager

ONTARIO SKY JUMP is seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and oversee the supervision of maintenance staff.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and resolve product and service-related issues.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, inventory control software, and MS Windows.
Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
