Job Summary
Quails' Gate Winery is seeking a dynamic and guest-centric individual to join the team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the restaurant management team to lead, coach, and promote quality and consistency of service, supporting primary brand standards in every interaction.
About the Role
- You will supervise daily floor activities, fostering a positive and energetic work environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to strive for exceptional service, inspiring and engaging them to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- You will work closely with the restaurant management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- You will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
About You

Requirements
- Serving it Right & Food Safe Level 1 certification.
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant supervisory/management experience, preferably within fine dining.
- WSET level 2 or ISG level 2 wine education.
- 2 years of operational experience, and full comprehension of beverage inventory systems and controls.
