Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Timmins Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and discuss their service needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency and clarity for our customers
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of work
  • Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively to customers, highlighting the benefits of our services
  • Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of work
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history, ensuring compliance with dealership standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Sales or upselling experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures

Monday to Friday, in-person work location at Timmins Hyundai
