Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, mats, and waste disposal units.
  • Efficiently operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned.
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
  • Prepare take-out food for customers.
  • Utilize both manual and electrical tools to clean, peel, slice, and prepare food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately.
  • Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed.
