Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Organize and establish office routines
- Coordinate and confirm appointments
- Manage telephone communications and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Provide guidance to senior management
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management
- Draft and edit correspondence, forms, and various documents
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct basic bookkeeping activities
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and QuickBooks
- Competent in managing electronic mail
- Correspondence management
- Report and record maintenance
- Invoice processing
- Possession of personal transportation
- Access to public transportation
- Availability for shift or on-call work
