Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of diesel trucks and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and prevent costly repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to service calls at customer locations as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy-duty technician, with a strong understanding of diesel engines and equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, with the ability to operate a variety of vehicles and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
