Overview: Marsh McLennan Agency is in search of a qualified individual to take on the role of Account Representative specializing in Commercial Damage Insurance. The organization is committed to fostering an environment that encourages professional development and achievement.
- Oversee customer support for a designated client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery;
- Facilitate negotiations and finalize renewals and modifications of contracts;
- Engage with insurance providers during marketing and negotiation activities;
- Generate client invoices and verify adherence to contractual obligations;
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in the field of commercial damage insurance;
- Possess a commercial-lines damage insurance license;
- Preferred completion of DEC or AEC in insurance and financial services;
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English;
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications;
- Familiarity with Applied TAM software is advantageous.
