Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 14616405 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales floor staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
