We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Qikiqtari Retail Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our convenience store and gas bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff, and conduct performance reviews
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced convenience store and gas bar environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
