About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Service Associate at Mamma's Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide them with a warm welcome.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Provide valet parking services and arrange for social events and guest programs.
  • Handle luggage for hotel guests and escort them to their rooms.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and safety requirements, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay.
Work Environment

As a Hotel Service Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will be part of a dynamic team that values efficiency, reliability, and a positive attitude.
