Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Estimate Food and Supplies

Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, sales, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules for food service staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
