Financial Management Officer

At Unicell Janitorial Supplies, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, and providing financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve our company's goals and objectives.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage our accounting systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to our management team.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to our management team and external stakeholders.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
