Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your duties will include:
- Engaging with customers in a warm and helpful manner, taking orders, and serving drinks and light snacks.
- Assisting in the design and presentation of the beverage menu.
- Verifying guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol and tobacco sales.
- Organizing the bar area to create appealing displays.
- Assessing customer preferences and providing tailored recommendations.
- Utilizing persuasive selling techniques to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintaining inventory of alcoholic beverages and monitoring consumption.
- Processing payments for beverages served and reconciling receipts.
- Preparing inventory reports or requisitions as necessary to replenish stock.
- Adhering to all food and beverage regulations.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
