Position Overview

The Security Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage security personnel and respond to emergencies with professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective response.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align security operations with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on security activities and incidents.
  • Manage procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for security operations.
  • Address work-related issues, providing expert advice and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish effective work schedules and operational procedures.
