We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CREATIVE TOUCH BY S&I INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings and events.
- Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and manage contracts.
- Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, compile data and statistics, and order office supplies.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas.
- Documentation: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence and documents.
- Research: Conduct research and evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
Please note that this is a permanent position.
