Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage service tasks, collaborate with department personnel to optimize turnaround times, and provide exceptional customer support to build brand loyalty.
  • Maintain and expand your product knowledge to install and preserve the functionality and safety of various home health products.
  • Complete specialized training, assess residential sites, and execute home modification installations, such as ramps and stairlifts.
  • Compassionately assess customers' needs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with other departments to fulfill new orders.
  • Create, document, and obtain customer approval for quotes and work orders, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory.
  • Operate and maintain a Class 5 Vehicle, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and handle tools and parts inventory efficiently.
  • Foster a results-oriented team culture, collaborating across departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Adaptable, compassionate, and customer-focused.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
  • Competency in residential trades, particularly carpentry and finishing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven team collaboration skills and the ability to follow directions.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs independently and up to 100lbs with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience installing stairlifts is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with medical equipment or related fields (e.g., bicycles, appliances).
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving abstract and criminal record check.
  • Standard First Aid certificate is an asset.
Compensation:

The pay range for this role is $45,000 - $95,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
